It seems that the education institutes are designed for learning the skills to qualify and maintain a JOB.
It actually takes incentive, fortitude, and a little more effort to actually be in business of your own.
But the truth of things is this:
Jobs produce Income.
Investments create wealth.
(So education IS important. It’s what you DO with that knowledge that makes a difference!)

Of course experiential learning is much more important. You only have go to school about 20 years in your life, but you have to learn all of your lifetime. School or education just teachs you the way to use your brain.

Education is an extreme important part of life, just not coz it will make you get a better job, but since it is an important part in survival. Ever gotten two people who did the same job but one is more experience than the other. The educated one will make informed decisions regarding a activity. It normally help us make informed decision.
Beside if you are experience but less educated, people tend to insult your intelligence with regard to your experiences as opposed to education. Beside education is the key to ending poverty and disease. Educated people make informed decision. All in all education is important than experiential learning.

It is said that learning is from Birth till Death. If you are willing then each moment would be an education or a learning experience which will be of use later in life.
Both Theoretical Education and Experimental Learning as learning through Trial and Error are essential in the long run.
Although it would seem that the lessons taught by Trial and Error are imprinted more firmly on one’s mind than the lessons taught by Theoretical Education. For example when a child is warned by its parents that fire would be hot and it would burn, maybe the lesson might not be accepted so readily until the child itself experiences a burn.
From the argument stated in the above paragraph it would seem that Experimental Learning is more important than Theoretical Education, but there are things that can’t be learned through Experimental Learning. For example Maths, it can’t be learned through Experimental Learning only. For some subject Theoretical Education is necessary, many of said subjects are essential in everyday life.
The subject of History for one is a subject taught theoretically but it holds the experiences, whether they are the mistakes or the accomplishment of our predecessors.
In short a good education needs both the Theoretical and the Experimental part. Neither is complete without the other.
Now the question arises of Man acceptance of both these educations.

It all depends on how you learn. If you like to experience learning hands on, then experiential learning would be better. If you have a lot of absract thinking, then books are probably better. But, personally, I think that they are both a good way to learn. I believe that there are more ways to learn.
